Booking conditions

Pets:
Your dear four-legged friend is welcome to stay with us and will be charged EUR 30,00 per night or EUR 40,00 (LaPosch #No.5 and #No.6 & LakeHouse).
Arrival and departure:
Early check-in per chalet 30% of the confirmed accommodation price (arrival from 09.00 a.m.; includes breakfast on the day of arrival)
Late check-out per chalet 30% of the confirmed accommodation price (departure by 5.00 p.m. at the latest)
Deposit:
Your reservation is binding only after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the stay price. The deposit has to be paid within 5 days after booking confirmation. Payment free of charge for the recipient. Failure to do so will result in tacit cancellation of the reservation.
A handling fee of EUR 20,00 will be charged for the return of the deposit in case of cancellation.
Final Payment:
The balance can be paid on the spot in CASH or by credit card (Maestro, VISA, Mastercard or AMEX).

Cancellation conditions - with heart & understanding:
As our hideaway with only 16 chalets is very intimate and manageable, changes at short notice have a particular impact on us. Many guests book well in advance - and so there is often little time to reallocate the chalet in the event of a cancellation.
Nevertheless, we always try to find a solution together:  If we are able to reallocate your chalet at short notice after a cancellation, we will of course waive the cancellation costs - no fuss. Our official cancellation conditions:
up to 3 months before arrival free
up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the agreed total price
up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the agreed total price
in the last week before arrival 90% of the agreed total price in case of late arrival or early departure we charge the total amount
Travel Cancellation Insurance: We recommend you to take out Travel cancellation insurance travel cancellation insurance. The General Terms and conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) Austrian Hotel Contract Law apply.
