Booking conditions

• Pets:
  Your dear four-legged friend is welcome to stay with us and will be charged EUR 30,00 per night or EUR 40,00 (LaPosch #No.5 and #No.6 & LakeHouse).
• Arrival and departure:
  Arrival from 15.30 o'clock (for arrival after 18.00 o'clock we ask for notice in advance)
  Departure until 10.30 a.m. Early Check-In per chalet EUR 95,00 (LakeSide-Villa, G-Lodge and LaPosch #No.5 + #No.6: Euro 115,00) Late Check-Out per chalet EUR 95,00 (LakeSide-Villa, G-Lodge and LaPosch #No.5 + #No.6: Euro 115,00)
• Deposit:
  Your reservation is binding only after receipt of a deposit of 30% of the stay price. The deposit has to be paid within 5 days after booking confirmation. Payment free of charge for the recipient. Failure to do so will result in tacit cancellation of the reservation.
  A handling fee of EUR 20,00 will be charged for the return of the deposit in case of cancellation.
• Final Payment:
  The balance can be paid on the spot in CASH or by credit card (Maestro, VISA, Mastercard or AMEX).

• Cancellation Policy:
  Due to our manageable size with only 16 chalets, cancellations have a significant impact on our resort. Since guests usually book with us well in advance, it is very difficult for us to re-rent the chalet in the event of a cancellation. For this reason, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced:
  up to 3 months before arrival free
  up to 1 month before arrival 40% of the agreed total price
  up to 1 week before arrival 70% of the agreed total price
  in the last week before arrival 90% of the agreed total price in case of late arrival or early departure we charge the total amount 
• Travel Cancellation Insurance: We recommend you to take out Travel cancellation insurance  travel cancellation insurance. The General Terms and conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) Austrian Hotel Contract Law apply.
