Can't be done, doesn't exist
Your experience begins as soon as you book when our guest whisperers get to work on creating your ideal holiday. They take care of coordinating your wishes before you arrive: Ordering flowers, booking massage appointments, scheduling a yoga session. And just before you arrive, they'll stop by the farm shop to fill your fridge with regional delicacies. They'll put a smile on your face with their little gifts. Traditional and down-to-earth. Gourmet. Creative. Chef Manuel and his team Tamas and Elena will spoil you in our restaurant "Das Walters" or by gourmet delivery in your own private chalet. Our fairy godmother in service, Marianne, loves a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. She always has a joke ready to go, and will lead you on your journey of indulgence. If you’re looking for a dinner recommendation, Marianne will make sure you’re satisfied.
When the jars are filled with jam, spreads, muesli and fruit early in the morning, our breakfast elves are at work. They lovingly pack your breakfast basket with the local delicacies of your choice, and will quietly and discreetly place it in the anteroom of your chalet. You may be fortunate enough to meet the four of them during the weekly deliveries of LaPosch chalet delicacies or in our "Gmiasgarten," harvesting vegetables and herbs.
Our dear Tomi, our in-house masseur, will loosen your tensions and feel exactly what you need to relax. He can free up your tightness and provide you exquisite relaxation, all in our new massage hut.
Our all-round pampering service also includes daily chalet cleaning, because here at LaPosch your job is to simply do nothing. Our hard-working room fairies - Reni, Agnes, Csilla, Benigna, Dora, Lydia, Timea, Edit und Dali - and wizards - Dani, Otto and Krisztian - sweep through the chalet at your desired time. Make up the beds, refill empty supplies, swing the cleaning rag, and pamper your house with thoughtful touches. Every chalet will be wrapped in coziness and a joyful atmosphere, by Tomi & Barbara.
When things get stuck, or the door squeaks, our team for the tough work are immediately on hand. Gottfried, Gustl, Daniel and Uli. Armed with a toolbox, strength and skill, any problem will quickly be a thing of the past.
And then there is our think tank. This is where our creative minds Lisa and Pia are at work. Behind the scenes they investigate rather covertly. Set our LaPosch perfectly in scene. Deal with your desires and needs. Create travel events and convey our message. Our brand promise. Which you can then redeem on site.
